We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and we could easily access all major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The room service was excellent and the housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day. We also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. the quality of service and the comfort of this place were outstanding.

The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the tram stop and metro. This made it easy for us to reach all the major attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room was always kept nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was wide enough to cater to different tastes. there were plenty of shopping centers nearby.

Helpful person at reception. Clean and newly renovated. Pleasant and tasty breakfast. Reasonable prices for dinner with no service charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Shopping areas, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Walkable to Grand Bazaar and Sultan Ahmed. Daily room cleaning. Airport service was excellent. No kettle in room, but overall happy with hotel choice.

Good location, close to tram and metro stations. Excellent room service and cheerful staff. Helpful staff providing information and pamphlets about local attractions. Central location within walking distance of popular attractions.
